We created a beautifully designed interactive walkthrough of the company office that helps make any candidate familiar with the organization. A leading automotive organisation was contemplating shifting its classroom training and paper based assessment to online mode. The client had noticed some gap between its classroom training and on job implementation.

Solution

CitrinLearn suggested a gamified solution to make the automotive service advisors ready for any challenge in workshop management. We developed a gamified solution, a simulation to replicate real-world scenarios that a service advisor faces. The motive was to prepare advisors not just theoretically, but practically as well. Advisors found the online simulation to be interesting and fun, along with being beneficial and smart. Our automotive client was able to train a larger volume of trainees online as opposed to the limited number of trainees in an offline classroom.

We took a scenario-based learning approach with gamified elements like characters, scores, and rewards. After going through the various scenarios, the learner studies and understands the importance of conducting meetings effectively by following the golden rules of meetings. A BFSI organization wanted to assist its managers to manage the performance discussions with their teams in a better way. The managers struggled with discussions during the periodic performance assessments, and the organisation wanted to guide them using a training program.

Solution

CitrinLearn recommended a Scenario-based learning where we picked the most common issues faced by the Managers and created branching scenarios based on the responses. A theme of cricket game with scoring based on the game rules, was selected for training. Learners scored based on their responses to the questions asked in the scenarios. A manager plays this game with 8 team members with different personality traits. The training program was effective and well received.

A Software Simulation was created for the ticketing software used in the aviation vertical. The approach suggested was Show Me, Try It and Test me. The learner went through the recorded video captures of the process, before practicing in a simulated/guided environment. For testing, they were given real-time problems which they had to resolve. The learning module was developed on a backdrop of travel, in an emergency situation. The learners act as a support and resolve critical problems with their knowledge.
